1. Consent to Receive Messages

By providing your phone number to AI Staffing (operated by MIX2MAX, LLC), you expressly consent to receive SMS and MMS messages from us. This consent is not a condition of purchase.

• Service information about our AI phone agent products
• Demo phone numbers for product trials
• Follow-up communications regarding our services
• Account notifications and billing updates

2. Opt-In Methods

• Submitting your phone number through the request-demo form on gogoaiteam.com and checking the SMS consent box
• Verbal consent during a phone conversation with our AI or human representative
• Initiating a text message to one of our business numbers
• Signing a service agreement that includes SMS consent

By opting in, you confirm you are the authorized user of the phone number provided and are at least 18 years of age.

3. Message Frequency

Up to 10 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for pricing details.

4. Opt-Out

Text STOP to any message to opt out. You will receive one final confirmation. Allow up to 48 hours for processing. You may also email support@gogoaiteam.com.

6. No Mobile Information Sharing

We will never sell, rent, lease, or transfer phone numbers or personal information collected through our SMS program to any third party. Your information is used solely by MIX2MAX, LLC for providing our AI staffing services.

7. TCPA Compliance

Our SMS program complies with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), 47 U.S.C. § 227, and applicable FCC rules. We obtain proper consent before sending messages and honor all opt-out requests promptly.

8. Supported Carriers

Compatible with all major U.S. carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and US Cellular. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
