1. Consent to Receive Messages

By providing your phone number to AI Staffing (operated by MIX2MAX, LLC), you expressly consent to receive SMS and MMS messages from us. This consent is not a condition of purchase.

• Service information about our AI phone agent products
• Demo phone numbers for product trials
• Follow-up communications regarding our services
• Account notifications and billing updates

2. Opt-In Methods

• Submitting your phone number through the request-demo form on gogoaiteam.com and checking the SMS consent box
• Verbal consent during a phone conversation with our AI or human representative
• Initiating a text message to one of our business numbers
• Signing a service agreement that includes SMS consent
• Verifying your phone number on the BSG IT Support portal at bsg.gogoaiteam.com via one-time code (BSG IT Support program only)
• Verifying your phone number on the Director enrollment page at /director-enroll via one-time code, after pre-authorization by an AI Staffing administrator (Director Notifications program only)

By opting in, you confirm you are the authorized user of the phone number provided and are at least 18 years of age.

2a. BSG IT Support SMS Program

The BSG IT Support SMS program is a customer-care messaging service operated under MIX2MAX, LLC (d/b/a AI Staffing) for users of the BSG logistics IT helpdesk. Customers and staff create support tickets at bsg.gogoaiteam.com after verifying their phone number with a one-time SMS code. Verified users receive ticket-related SMS only — confirmations, status updates, agent replies, and resolution notices. Up to 5 messages per ticket; frequency varies with support activity. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Msg & data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of service.

2b. AI Staffing Director Notifications Program

The Director Notifications SMS program is an internal-use messaging service operated under MIX2MAX, LLC (d/b/a AI Staffing) for a small number of pre-authorized AI Staffing administrators. Recipients are added to the program by an AI Staffing administrator after they provide explicit consent during account onboarding, and must additionally verify their phone number at gogoaiteam.com/director-enroll with a one-time SMS code before any operational message is sent. Public sign-up is not available. Messages include daily call performance summaries, real-time system alerts, hot-lead notifications, campaign status changes, and scheduled meeting reminders. Up to 30 messages per day; frequency varies with operational events. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Msg & data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of service.

3. Message Frequency

Frequency varies by program:

• Sales / Demo — up to 10 messages per month per recipient.
• BSG IT Support — up to 5 messages per ticket; frequency varies with support activity.
• Director Notifications — up to 30 messages per day for enrolled administrators; frequency varies with operational events.

4. Opt-Out

Text STOP to any message to opt out. You will receive one final confirmation. Allow up to 48 hours for processing. You may also email support@gogoaiteam.com.

6. No Mobile Information Sharing

We will never sell, rent, lease, or transfer phone numbers or personal information collected through our SMS program to any third party. Your information is used solely by MIX2MAX, LLC for providing our AI staffing services.

7. TCPA Compliance

Our SMS program complies with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), 47 U.S.C. § 227, and applicable FCC rules. We obtain proper consent before sending messages and honor all opt-out requests promptly.

8. Supported Carriers

Compatible with all major U.S. carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and US Cellular. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
